These terms are published by Broken Gameplay Studios. They cover this website and TrailCam, a private app from the same studio.
This website
The website has no accounts and does not ask visitors for personal information.
TrailCam
The app provides no account service to the public. Use of TrailCam is limited to its owner.
TrailCam runs on the owner's own computer. It reviews their trail-camera videos. When they press upload, it sends that chosen video to their own YouTube channel through the YouTube Data API. The Google sign-in token stays in a private file on that computer. The website does not receive the videos, the token, or the account secret. Nothing is sold or used for ads.
By using TrailCam, the owner agrees to be bound by theYouTube Terms of Service.
The privacy policy describes what TrailCam handles and where it stays. It is published atbrokengameplay.com/privacy.
